We can arrange your transport from the airport or your previous hotel in a car with air conditioning. It is a scenic drive from the south and it will take approximately 4 hours depending on the traffic.
From the airport – If you would like us to arrange transport from the airport, please provide your flight number and arrival time. A pick up for 2-4 people with luggage is IDR 850.000. For 5-10 people with luggage we can pick you up in a comfortable limousine with a rate of IDR 1.450.000. You can pay the driver directly.
From your previous hotel – We can arrange transport from your previous location. Rates depend on the location and the amount of people. It is also possible to make a day tour with scenic stops along the way. For instance stops from the south can be the Temple Ulun Danu, the Twin Lakes and the Munduk Waterfall. The rate for a day tour is IDR 900.000 with a car suitable for up to 4 people.
From Gilimanuk harbor in Bali - The rate for a pick up is IDR 400.000 for a car suitable for 4 people and luggage and IDR 900.000 for a larger car up to 10 people and luggage. Please note there is an hour time difference, in Bali it is an hour later compared to Java.

Directions from the south.
Sumberkima Hill is on a side street of the coast road from Seririt to Gilimanuk.
It is about a 50 minutes drive from Seririt.
Closer to Sumberkima Hill:
After Pemuteran you cross a bridge to reach Sumberkima. After 400 meters you pass a small airfield on your right. Then after 500 meters you pass the Lpd bank on your left side. After 700 meters you will see a Sumberkima Hill sign on the right side of the road, indicating the exit is 650 meters away. There you will find signs on a pillar at the right side of the road directing you to a small side road up the hill on your left. Please take a left at that sign. You can follow the small signs after that.

After a 20 minute drive from Gilimanuk towards Singaraja, you will reach Pejarakan village bypassing the Mimpi Resort Menjangan sign on your left.
After a 5 minutes drive from Pejarakan, you will reach Sumberkima Village.
After 900 meters you will see a Sumberkima Hill sign on the left side of the road, indicating the entrance is 650 meters away. There you will find signs on a pillar on the left side of the road directing you to a small side road up the hill on your right. Please take a right at that sign. You can follow the small signs after that.

Sumberkima Hill Guest Agreement
GENERAL
Sumberkima Hill is a private villa retreat where you can enjoy the privacy of your own villa, supported by a range of services. Unlike a standard resort, Sumberkima Hill feels more like a village. Each villa is unique and individually owned, and most come with a private pool. Some budget options share a communal pool. Please note that due to the individual ownership of villas, switching accommodations upon arrival is usually not possible.
BOOKING
The payment of the deposit confirms acceptance of the terms and conditions outlined below and shall be binding on all guests, whether or not a booking form is signed.
RATES
Rates are quoted per villa and are inclusive for all guests staying within the villa’s maximum capacity. Children up to 2 years of age stay free of charge when using a baby cot or sharing a bed with parents. Baby cots and a highchair are provided at no additional cost, subject to availability.
An extra bed may be added upon request at an additional charge.
All rates are in IDR and include government taxes and service fees. A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance is payable on arrival by cash or card (Visa/Mastercard). Charges for on-site services are quoted in IDR.

Housekeeping Policy: To respect your privacy, housekeeping is only provided on request, free of charge. Please notify us one day in advance if you’d like our team to clean your villa. Service hours are between 08:00 AM and 15:00 PM.
If no request is made, our team will reach out after 5 nights to offer cleaning, fresh towels, or linen changes.
Excessive cleaning required upon departure may incur an additional fee.
Not included in the rate: - Beverages from the fridge/minibar - Breakfast, lunch, and dinner
CANCELLATION POLICY
• A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking.
• Cancellations made 60 days or more before arrival are fully refundable.
• Cancellations made within 60 days of arrival are non-refundable.
• Refunds will be processed upon request, with any applicable transfer fees deducted from the
refunded amount.

OCCUPANCY / NUMBER OF GUESTS
Guests must provide accurate information about the number of people staying in the villa. If more guests arrive than stated in the booking, Sumberkima Hill reserves the right to refuse entry or charge additional fees.
All guests must present valid ID or passports upon check-in for registration, as per local regulations.
COMPLAINTS
If you experience any issues during your stay, please contact our Front Office immediately so we can resolve the matter as soon as possible.
SOUND POLICY
Due to the hillside location, sound carries easily. Please be mindful of neighbors and keep noise to a minimum, especially in the evening and early morning.
NATURE & ENVIRONMENT
You are staying in a natural environment where insects and small animals like cicaks and geckos are part of the landscape.
The surrounding scenery will vary with the seasons — expect lush greenery during the rainy season (November to May) and drier landscapes from May to November.
ANIMAL VISITORS
As part of our natural setting, you may encounter harmless local cats, dogs, or chickens during your stay. They are friendly, part of the surrounding environment, and sometimes wander into villas or communal areas. If you prefer not to be visited, our team can help gently guide them away. We ask that guests treat all animals with kindness and respect. In most villas it is allowed to bring pets, but not all owners allow this. An additional fee for cleaning might apply.
DAMAGE, LOSS & THEFT
Guests are responsible for any damage to or removal of villa inventory during their stay. This includes, but is not limited to, furniture, decor, appliances, linens, and other items belonging to the villa.
Missing or damaged items may be charged after checkout.
We kindly ask guests to treat the villa and its contents with care and respect.
SAFETY & LIABILITY
Sumberkima Hill is located on a hillside in a rural environment with natural features, public village roads, and varying levels of height. While we take great care to provide a safe and well-maintained environment, guests remain fully responsible for their own safety, actions, and personal belongings during their stay.
Please exercise caution when using stairs, pools, paths, uneven ground, and other natural features, and take care when enjoying any of our facilities. Children must be supervised at all times.
By booking and staying at Sumberkima Hill, guests acknowledge and accept that Sumberkima Hill, its owners, and staff cannot be held liable for any injury, accident, illness, loss, or damage to persons or property, except in cases of proven gross negligence on our part.
Sumberkima Hill is not responsible for events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, power outages, or actions of third parties.

Highly recommend!!!! Our whole stay was AMAZING start to finish. There was absolutely nothing that went wrong during our stay - it was perfect and exceeded all expectations. The Villa was spacious, private, cleaned daily, air-con was powerful and fresh towels were provided if you did not want to reuse them. The outside area of the Villa was well designed - beautiful patio area with comfy seats at the top which got the morning sun & downstairs there was the pool with comfy sun loungers and the amazing swing bed. This Villa is part of a complex of villas across a large site. It is so well designed that each villa has privacy (you wouldn’t know there was another villa nearby) whilst being near to the two restaurants, spa & reception. We utilised all the facilities visiting the Spa twice, the two public infinity pools, the restaurants daily; the great reception team organised all our activities and airport transfers seamlessly. Safe to say we were not bored during our stay - we booked a private snorkelling tour, kayaking, visit to a turtle sanctuary and a temple tour. There is plenty to do if you so wish, or you can never leave your villa as the restaurants offer room service! I hope to return on my next visit to Bali.

We have just returned from a wonderful holiday staying at villa Gajah at Sumberkima Hill. Wow villa was beautiful spacious gorgeous views. Everything was catered for could not fault anything. Then wow again the staff at Sumberkima were amazing friendly and very helpful. We were concerned being out on the hill away from town we would Spend a fortune on taxis and food. However upon arrival we were told there was a shuttle that would drop us into town at any point just needed to book via a prepaid mobile that they give to you at the property. This really completed our trip and was a godsend as to get the views you are out of town but this didn’t bother us in the slightest because of the shuttle. The restaurants at the resort were great. A lot of variety in dishes with two restaurants there and prices were very reasonable. If you want to chill relax and enjoy the surrounding nature and visit menjangan islands this is an ideal spot. If you want the party buzz and nightlife this is def not for You. We loved it and will be back !!
Luxuriuos Stay!!
Posted Jun 1, 2019 We had a wonderful stay at Sumberkima Hill Retreat. The villa was huge, very clean and everything was as described. The place is secluded and peaceful. Since the property is quite spread out, an on call shuttle was available to take us around the property as well as to the beach or for going to the market. We were also given a local mobile phone during our stay to connect with the staff for anything we needed. There were numerous activities like canoeing, snorkeling, trip to Menjangan island, trekking, day trips and many more that the staff was happy to organize for us. Do look at the detailed manual available at the villa. While quite a distance away from the beach, the villa shuttle was very convenient, so was the tie-up that the villa has with another resort on the beach. We were able to use their facilities when we went to the beach. We recommend you ask the villa for a driver for your transportation from the airport or elsewhere. The rates are reasonable and we had a very good English speaking driver. Would definitely recommend.
Wonderful Place
Villa Gajah ia a wonderful place for our stay with family , the place is very clean the staffs are friendly, Jane and Bernard are both lovely and kind. Very informative about the location makes us easy to find villa gajah even though it's a first time for us to go to sumberkima area. We're definitely coming back the place is very recommended for you who wants a great getaway with a peaceful and calm full of nature surrounding.
