HOW TO GET THERE
We can arrange your transport from the airport or your hotel and drive you to Sumberkima Hill. The cost for a pick up from the airport is RP 960,000 for 4 people and luggage and IDR 1,020,000-IDR 1,440,000 for 5-10 people with luggage. Transport will take approximately 4 hours depending on how busy it is in the south.
It is also possible to make a day trip with scenic stops along the way for IDR 1,080.000 with a car suitable for 4 people. Scenic stops can be for instance, at the twin lakes, the Temple Ulun Danu and the Munduk Waterfall.

Directions from the south.
Sumberkima Hill is on a side street of the coast road from Seririt to Gilimanuk.
It is about a 50 minutes drive from Seririt.
Closer to Sumberkima Hill:
After Pemuteran you cross a bridge to reach Sumberkima. After 400 meters you pass a small airfield on your right. Then after 500 meters you pass the Lpd bank on your left side. After 700 meters you will see a Sumberkima Hill sign on the right side of the road, indicating the exit is 650 meters away. There you will find signs on a pillar at the right side of the road directing you to a small side road up the hill on your left. Please take a left at that sign. You can follow the small signs after that.
Directions from Gilimanuk harbor.
If you arrive from the harbour, coming from Java (Ketapang), we can pick you up in Gilimanuk (Bali) approx. a 30-minute drive. Please note Bali time is one hour later compared to Java time. The cost for a pick up is IDR 360.000 for a car suitable for 4 people and luggage and IDR 600.000 for a car up to 10 people and luggage. It is also possible to get your own taxi at the harbour.

After a 20 minute drive from Gilimanuk towards Singaraja, you will reach Pejarakan village bypassing the Mimpi Resort Menjangan sign on your left.
After a 5 minutes drive from Pejarakan, you will reach Sumberkima Village.
After 900 meters you will see a Sumberkima Hill sign on the left side of the road, indicating the entrance is 650 meters away. There you will find signs on a pillar on the left side of the road directing you to a small side road up the hill on your right. Please take a right at that sign. You can follow the small signs after that.

Sumberkima Hill Guest Agreement
GENERAL
Sumberkima Hill is a private villa retreat where you can enjoy the privacy of your own villa, supported by a range of services. Unlike a standard resort, Sumberkima Hill feels more like a village. Each villa is unique and individually owned, and most come with a private pool. Some budget options share a communal pool. Please note that due to the individual ownership of villas, switching accommodations upon arrival is usually not possible.
BOOKING
The payment of the deposit confirms acceptance of the terms and conditions outlined below and shall be binding on all guests, whether or not a booking form is signed.
RATES
Rates are quoted per villa and are inclusive for all guests staying within the villa’s maximum capacity. Children up to 2 years of age stay free of charge when using a baby cot or sharing a bed with parents. Baby cots and a highchair are provided at no additional cost, subject to availability.
An extra bed may be added upon request at an additional charge.
All rates are in IDR and include government taxes and service fees. A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance is payable on arrival by cash or card (Visa/Mastercard). Charges for on-site services are quoted in IDR.

Included in the rate: - Normal use of water and electricity - Tea and coffee - Housekeeping service (on request) - Trash disposal (on request) - Minibar restocking (on request — items consumed are charged separately) - Fresh water: If your accommodation does not have a water filter, a refillable gallon of drinking water is provided on request
Housekeeping Policy: To respect your privacy, housekeeping is only provided on request, free of charge. Please notify us one day in advance if you’d like our team to clean your villa. Service hours are between 08:00 AM and 15:00 PM.
If no request is made, our team will reach out after 5 nights to offer cleaning, fresh towels, or linen changes.
Excessive cleaning required upon departure may incur an additional fee.
Not included in the rate: - Beverages from the fridge/minibar - Breakfast, lunch, and dinner
CANCELLATION POLICY
• A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking.
• Cancellations made 60 days or more before arrival are fully refundable.
• Cancellations made within 60 days of arrival are non-refundable.
• Refunds will be processed upon request, with any applicable transfer fees deducted from the
refunded amount.

• Check-out: before 12:00 noon, unless otherwise agreed
OCCUPANCY / NUMBER OF GUESTS
Guests must provide accurate information about the number of people staying in the villa. If more guests arrive than stated in the booking, Sumberkima Hill reserves the right to refuse entry or charge additional fees.
All guests must present valid ID or passports upon check-in for registration, as per local regulations.
COMPLAINTS
If you experience any issues during your stay, please contact our Front Office immediately so we can resolve the matter as soon as possible.
SOUND POLICY
Due to the hillside location, sound carries easily. Please be mindful of neighbors and keep noise to a minimum, especially in the evening and early morning.
NATURE & ENVIRONMENT
You are staying in a natural environment where insects and small animals like cicaks and geckos are part of the landscape.
The surrounding scenery will vary with the seasons — expect lush greenery during the rainy season (November to May) and drier landscapes from May to November.
ANIMAL VISITORS
As part of our natural setting, you may encounter harmless local cats, dogs, or chickens during your stay. They are friendly, part of the surrounding environment, and sometimes wander into villas or communal areas. If you prefer not to be visited, our team can help gently guide them away. We ask that guests treat all animals with kindness and respect. In most villas it is allowed to bring pets, but not all owners allow this. An additional fee for cleaning might apply.
DAMAGE, LOSS & THEFT
Guests are responsible for any damage to or removal of villa inventory during their stay. This includes, but is not limited to, furniture, decor, appliances, linens, and other items belonging to the villa.
Missing or damaged items may be charged after checkout.
We kindly ask guests to treat the villa and its contents with care and respect.
SAFETY & LIABILITY
Sumberkima Hill is located on a hillside in a rural environment with natural features, public village roads, and varying levels of height. While we take great care to provide a safe and well-maintained environment, guests remain fully responsible for their own safety, actions, and personal belongings during their stay.
Please exercise caution when using stairs, pools, paths, uneven ground, and other natural features, and take care when enjoying any of our facilities. Children must be supervised at all times.
By booking and staying at Sumberkima Hill, guests acknowledge and accept that Sumberkima Hill, its owners, and staff cannot be held liable for any injury, accident, illness, loss, or damage to persons or property, except in cases of proven gross negligence on our part.
Sumberkima Hill is not responsible for events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, power outages, or actions of third parties.

Nice and peaceful villa, amazing view! The staff was very welcoming and respectful. Restaurant is near by with nice view outside and food was very good! Highly recommend this villa if looking for a time away from the city traffic. Long drive but worth it!

The villa is amazing and very spacious. Everything is very clean and it is furnished even if you would like to cook yourself. I love the level of privacy it has and the respect for privacy the staff has. They sent me a message asking if it was ok for someone to film with a drone the vicinity around the villa. Thank you for being considerate in asking. Also the pool is amazing as well as the view. It is perfect for morning yoga and so peaceful and relaxing to the eyes and sit around in the afternoon reading your book or just swimming enjlying the view. The yoga sessions are also amazing and their location so great. The staff is very kind and accommodating. It was such a great place to stay in i highly recommend the villa.

This stay really felt very much special, it was like different world, with amazing view, beautiful villas, swimming pools, very good hospitality , service , food and spa.... The highlight of our trip in Bali
This stay was the highlight of our trip in Bali. A hidden gem. We were picked up by Tawan, our driver arranged by the host. He taught us so much about the history & culture of Bali that we would never have known. Information straight from the source! Highly recommend the scenic route up. The Villa was AMAZING. The view was gorgeous and hearing roosters across the mountains in the morning is a memory that won’t leave me. I had a special bday request for my husband and the staff went above & beyond anything I expected to make this day special. Do not hesitate to make special requests!! The staff were just as excited as we were, excellent energy and we felt they are family. Spa was great as well. Make sure to take a map with you as the grounds are quite large and I got lost a couple of times. I am known to get lost though so maybe that is just me. I would come back to this place. It’s worth the drive up. I would recommend all my family & friends.

My husband and I spent only one day here due to full booking, however it was an amazing day. I definitely will be coming back! The staff was great and accommodated our every need. My husband surprised me with a message written in flowers in the pool and it was very well made. The view is something I’ll never forget! There’s also a restaurant within 2 min of a walk and it did not disappoint. It’s an amazing place indeed.

We stayed in Villa Asmara2 for two nights and it was a dream. The infinity pool overlooking the volcano is indescribable. Very large apartment with attention to details. There is a shuttle within the resort. Great facilities offered by the property including some snorkeling activities. Good a la carte breakfast, lots of vegan options and staff always contactable through WhatsApp, great service!

Thank you for a magical stay in Villa Asmara 2. Although we'd seen pictures of the views on here already they still took our breathaway every time we opened the door. The restaurant on site create delicious quality foods which we enjoyed in our room a few times. The communiaction between the accomodation and ourselves through Whats-App was perfect and responses were given very promptly. Thank you all for an amazing stay and we hope to be back another time!
