HOW TO GET THERE
We can arrange your transport from the airport or your hotel and drive you to Sumberkima Hill. The cost for a pick up from the airport is RP 960,000 for 4 people and luggage and IDR 1,020,000-IDR 1,440,000 for 5-10 people with luggage. Transport will take approximately 4 hours depending on how busy it is in the south.
It is also possible to make a day trip with scenic stops along the way for IDR 1,080.000 with a car suitable for 4 people. Scenic stops can be for instance, at the twin lakes, the Temple Ulun Danu and the Munduk Waterfall.

Directions from the south.
Sumberkima Hill is on a side street of the coast road from Seririt to Gilimanuk.
It is about a 50 minutes drive from Seririt.
Closer to Sumberkima Hill:
After Pemuteran you cross a bridge to reach Sumberkima. After 400 meters you pass a small airfield on your right. Then after 500 meters you pass the Lpd bank on your left side. After 700 meters you will see a Sumberkima Hill sign on the right side of the road, indicating the exit is 650 meters away. There you will find signs on a pillar at the right side of the road directing you to a small side road up the hill on your left. Please take a left at that sign. You can follow the small signs after that.
Directions from Gilimanuk harbor.
If you arrive from the harbour, coming from Java (Ketapang), we can pick you up in Gilimanuk (Bali) approx. a 30-minute drive. Please note Bali time is one hour later compared to Java time. The cost for a pick up is IDR 360.000 for a car suitable for 4 people and luggage and IDR 600.000 for a car up to 10 people and luggage. It is also possible to get your own taxi at the harbour.

After a 20 minute drive from Gilimanuk towards Singaraja, you will reach Pejarakan village bypassing the Mimpi Resort Menjangan sign on your left.
After a 5 minutes drive from Pejarakan, you will reach Sumberkima Village.
After 900 meters you will see a Sumberkima Hill sign on the left side of the road, indicating the entrance is 650 meters away. There you will find signs on a pillar on the left side of the road directing you to a small side road up the hill on your right. Please take a right at that sign. You can follow the small signs after that.

Sumberkima Hill Guest Agreement
GENERAL
Sumberkima Hill is a private villa retreat where you can enjoy the privacy of your own villa, supported by a range of services. Unlike a standard resort, Sumberkima Hill feels more like a village. Each villa is unique and individually owned, and most come with a private pool. Some budget options share a communal pool. Please note that due to the individual ownership of villas, switching accommodations upon arrival is usually not possible.
BOOKING
The payment of the deposit confirms acceptance of the terms and conditions outlined below and shall be binding on all guests, whether or not a booking form is signed.
RATES
Rates are quoted per villa and are inclusive for all guests staying within the villa’s maximum capacity. Children up to 2 years of age stay free of charge when using a baby cot or sharing a bed with parents. Baby cots and a highchair are provided at no additional cost, subject to availability.
An extra bed may be added upon request at an additional charge.
All rates are in IDR and include government taxes and service fees. A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance is payable on arrival by cash or card (Visa/Mastercard). Charges for on-site services are quoted in IDR.

Housekeeping Policy: To respect your privacy, housekeeping is only provided on request, free of charge. Please notify us one day in advance if you’d like our team to clean your villa. Service hours are between 08:00 AM and 15:00 PM.
If no request is made, our team will reach out after 5 nights to offer cleaning, fresh towels, or linen changes.
Excessive cleaning required upon departure may incur an additional fee.
Not included in the rate: - Beverages from the fridge/minibar - Breakfast, lunch, and dinner
CANCELLATION POLICY
• A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking.
• Cancellations made 60 days or more before arrival are fully refundable.
• Cancellations made within 60 days of arrival are non-refundable.
• Refunds will be processed upon request, with any applicable transfer fees deducted from the
refunded amount.

• Check-out: before 12:00 noon, unless otherwise agreed
OCCUPANCY / NUMBER OF GUESTS
Guests must provide accurate information about the number of people staying in the villa. If more guests arrive than stated in the booking, Sumberkima Hill reserves the right to refuse entry or charge additional fees.
All guests must present valid ID or passports upon check-in for registration, as per local regulations.
COMPLAINTS
If you experience any issues during your stay, please contact our Front Office immediately so we can resolve the matter as soon as possible.
SOUND POLICY
Due to the hillside location, sound carries easily. Please be mindful of neighbors and keep noise to a minimum, especially in the evening and early morning.
NATURE & ENVIRONMENT
You are staying in a natural environment where insects and small animals like cicaks and geckos are part of the landscape.
The surrounding scenery will vary with the seasons — expect lush greenery during the rainy season (November to May) and drier landscapes from May to November.
ANIMAL VISITORS
As part of our natural setting, you may encounter harmless local cats, dogs, or chickens during your stay. They are friendly, part of the surrounding environment, and sometimes wander into villas or communal areas. If you prefer not to be visited, our team can help gently guide them away. We ask that guests treat all animals with kindness and respect. In most villas it is allowed to bring pets, but not all owners allow this. An additional fee for cleaning might apply.
DAMAGE, LOSS & THEFT
Guests are responsible for any damage to or removal of villa inventory during their stay. This includes, but is not limited to, furniture, decor, appliances, linens, and other items belonging to the villa.
Missing or damaged items may be charged after checkout.
We kindly ask guests to treat the villa and its contents with care and respect.
SAFETY & LIABILITY
Sumberkima Hill is located on a hillside in a rural environment with natural features, public village roads, and varying levels of height. While we take great care to provide a safe and well-maintained environment, guests remain fully responsible for their own safety, actions, and personal belongings during their stay.
Please exercise caution when using stairs, pools, paths, uneven ground, and other natural features, and take care when enjoying any of our facilities. Children must be supervised at all times.
By booking and staying at Sumberkima Hill, guests acknowledge and accept that Sumberkima Hill, its owners, and staff cannot be held liable for any injury, accident, illness, loss, or damage to persons or property, except in cases of proven gross negligence on our part.
Sumberkima Hill is not responsible for events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, power outages, or actions of third parties.

A gorgeous and perfect place
The villa Katak is very comfortable and has beautiful open space with a breathtaking view. It is possible to book many different excursions at the resort, which are very varied. The permaculture Garden and the „metamorfosa“ are really interesting and encourages a rethinking about the envirement. The whole Team is extremely helpful, kind and courteous. The 2 restaurants serve lovely and very delicous food. Great service from everyone. To stay at the sumberkima hill retreat is more than just vacation, it is a philosophy. Thanks a lot for this Place.

Very comfortable, open plan villa.
The villas are very comfortable, open plan villas. The views from all the rooms were fantastic. Unfortunately, I went when the weather wasn't so great, but i enjoyed just staying at the villa and relaxing. The staff are extremely helpful and efficient. My villa had a great pool which you good swim and sit in. I also used the resort pools, which are great, especially at sunrise and sunset. The 2 restaurants serve lovely food. The excursions, equipment hire etc via the hotel is the same price or cheaper than booking it yourself. Great service This place is extremely good value. I'll be back.

Villa Katak, spectacular views
Villa Katak, spectacular views, beastly infinity pool, very attentive and helpful staff. Very understanding, kind and diligent managers. Highly recommended restaurants, magnificent views and international and Indonesian food. The SPA magnificent services, correct prices as well as the restaurant, and great views while you get a good massage. Thanks to the whole team for making our vacation very pleasant.
Blown away by it's beauty
We came to this area for the first time while staying in Bali and we were blown away by it's beauty. Sumberkima Hill is an amazing retreat where you get it all - picturesque views, a volcano, the beach and peaceful nature all around. We stayed in Katak villa (two bedroom villa with private pool) and we had a really great time chilling there. We also enjoyed Linga pool and their delicious coffee. Happy we could rent scooter directly from the hotel, too! Loved that the communication could be done through WA. We took a kayaking trip to Gili Putih and we loved the views! We definitely recommend doing that! Will be back soon.

“Sumberkima hill is a colex of villa which you can choose based on size, style, or view desired. We stay in villa Katak for 2 night. At first we chose this villa because we were travelling by car from Jakarta, so it dont take long after crossing with ferry. We plan to reenergize before heading to southern part of Bali. But turn out the experience in Sumberkima was more than expected, the view is spectacular, villa was gorgeous and very clean, and the food was tasty. Simply put our decision to visit Sumberkima hill as opening was the best choice as opener of our journey in Bali. We also surprised that for this kind of view and amenities, the price was still reasonable, on of the best value. Even the price of food in restaurant was still okay, they served organic and healthy menus. Definitely looking to come back and have longer stay there.”

Alles was echt ge-wel-dig. Wij missen het nu al ! De mensen zijn ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam, het eten is ook verrukkelijk en dan zijn we nog niet begonnen over de villa/locatie. Echt adembenemend !! Zeker een aanrader. Wij kunnen niet wachten om terug te komen.
