We can arrange your transport from the airport or your hotel and drive you to Sumberkima Hill. The cost for a pick up from the airport is RP 960,000 for 4 people and luggage and IDR 1,020,000-IDR 1,440,000 for 5-10 people with luggage. Transport will take approximately 4 hours depending on how busy it is in the south.
It is also possible to make a day trip with scenic stops along the way for IDR 1,080.000 with a car suitable for 4 people. Scenic stops can be for instance, at the twin lakes, the Temple Ulun Danu and the Munduk Waterfall.

Directions from the south.
Sumberkima Hill is on a side street of the coast road from Seririt to Gilimanuk.
It is about a 50 minutes drive from Seririt.
Closer to Sumberkima Hill:
After Pemuteran you cross a bridge to reach Sumberkima. After 400 meters you pass a small airfield on your right. Then after 500 meters you pass the Lpd bank on your left side. After 700 meters you will see a Sumberkima Hill sign on the right side of the road, indicating the exit is 650 meters away. There you will find signs on a pillar at the right side of the road directing you to a small side road up the hill on your left. Please take a left at that sign. You can follow the small signs after that.
Directions from Gilimanuk harbor.
If you arrive from the harbour, coming from Java (Ketapang), we can pick you up in Gilimanuk (Bali) approx. a 30-minute drive. Please note Bali time is one hour later compared to Java time. The cost for a pick up is IDR 360.000 for a car suitable for 4 people and luggage and IDR 600.000 for a car up to 10 people and luggage. It is also possible to get your own taxi at the harbour.

After a 20 minute drive from Gilimanuk towards Singaraja, you will reach Pejarakan village bypassing the Mimpi Resort Menjangan sign on your left.
After a 5 minutes drive from Pejarakan, you will reach Sumberkima Village.
After 900 meters you will see a Sumberkima Hill sign on the left side of the road, indicating the entrance is 650 meters away. There you will find signs on a pillar on the left side of the road directing you to a small side road up the hill on your right. Please take a right at that sign. You can follow the small signs after that.

Sumberkima Hill Agreement
GENERAL
Sumberkima Hill is a private villa retreat where you can enjoy the privacy of an individual villa, but still have resort type services at your disposal. All villas are different and have their own unique features. There are also some rooms available with a shared pool. Please be aware it is difficult to change villas on arrival as villas have different owners.
BOOKING
The payment of the deposit amount confirms the acceptance of the terms and conditions set out below and shall be binding on the Guests’ intention to occupy the premises whether or not such persons have signed the booking form.
RATES
Add the correct amount of people arriving during your booking. The base rate applies to 1 or 2 guests using one room. If you use more bedrooms in a villa or have more than 2 guests, an additional rate per extra guest applies. Children up to and including 2 years old will not be charged if they use a baby cot or sleep in the same bed as the parents. Baby Cots and a highchair are available free of charge. All rates are quoted in IDR and include service fee and government taxes . 50% payment is due at time of booking. The remaining balance can be paid on arrival, cash or via our credit card machine suitable for Master and Visa Card. In case of a credit card payment in Bali 2% will be added. Your rental comes with the facilities listed on the relevant web page. Expenses made at the villa are quoted in IDR.
INCLUDED / NOT INCLUDED
Rates include normal use of water, cost of electricity, tea and coffee, housekeeping services (including clean sheets and towels). Beverages from the fridge are not included. Rates in the villas do not include Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner, and beverages from the fridge. A cleaning and refilling of the fridge is scheduled daily. The cleaning includes a change of towels and sheets on average every 4 to 5 days. A more frequent cleaning is possible, upon request (within reason). Any excessive cleaning required upon departure, can be charged. No other additional services, non-mentioned here, are included.
CANCELLATION POLICY
50% of prepayments are refundable when cancelled 60 days before arrival or earlier.
0%is refundable if cancelled within 60 days of planned arrival.
Refunds will be sent without transfer fees.
CHECKING IN & OUT
General check-in time is from 15:00 and general check-out time is prior to 12 noon, unless otherwise agreed.
OCCUPANCY / NUMBER OF GUESTS
On arrival Guests will be asked for their passports or identity cards, so that the front office can register the Guests in accordance with regulations. The standard capacity differs per villa. We ask customers to state clearly during booking the final number of all guests who will be arriving.
If the number of guests exceeds the maximum capacity, this has to be agreed on booking and any changes have to be advised prior to arrival. Sumberkima Hill reserves the right to refuse extra guests if the number exceeds the maximum capacity after a booking has been made. If extra guests arrive at the property on or after the arrival date unexpectedly, the Front office is within the right to refuse the guests or make an additional charge.
COMPLAINTS
If, during your stay in the villa, the Guest should run into any problem or issue deemed as cause for complaint concerning our property, the matter should be taken up with The Front Office, so a solution can be provided if possible.
SOUND
Please note as we are on the Hill sounds travel far. All guests should refrain from making unnecessary noise and need to respect the surrounding villas.
NATURE AND ENVIRONMENT
Since we are in the tropics and in the middle of nature you can expect to encounter insects and small animals like Cicaks and Gekko’s (animals that eat the insects) during your stay.
The views from the villas will vary depending on the season. The rainy season is typically from November until May and the vegetation will become more green. The dry season starts around May till November and the area around us will slowly become more dry. More green surroundings can be expected starting Mid December to June on average.
SAFETY & LIABILITY
Sumberkima Hill is located on a hillside in a rural environment with natural features, public village roads, and varying levels of height. While we take great care to provide a safe and well-maintained environment, guests remain fully responsible for their own safety, actions, and personal belongings during their stay.
Please exercise caution when using stairs, pools, paths, uneven ground, and other natural features, and take care when enjoying any of our facilities. Children must be supervised at all times.
By booking and staying at Sumberkima Hill, guests acknowledge and accept that Sumberkima Hill, its owners, and staff cannot be held liable for any injury, accident, illness, loss, or damage to persons or property, except in cases of proven gross negligence on our part.
Sumberkima Hill is not responsible for events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, power outages, or actions of third parties.

Amazing stay!
Our stay in the villa was amazing. Staff were very friendly and accommodating all across the resort. They helped us to organise transfers and excursions in the local area. The location is beautiful with stunning views across the mountains. The villa is private and had everything we required. The food and drinks at the restaurants were delicious and well presented. The spa treatments were lovely. Overall we were very happy with our stay.

Wunderschöne Villa Wir hatten hier eine sehr schöne Woche mit unseren 3 Kindern in der Villa Kurma. Die Villa ist wunderschön mit tollem Pool und atemberaubender Aussicht. Auch die 2 Gemeinschafts- Pools lohnen sich. Das Areal ist weitläufig, man bekommt aber kostenlosen Transport. Das Suma- Restaurant ist wirklich lecker und es gibt viele vegetarische Gerichte. Kann ich insgesamt nur empfehlen!
Stunning home
Sumberkima Hill is paradise in a quiet part of Bali. It’s a true holiday away from the maddening crowds, with a very authentic Balinese experience, in a stunning home. The house is part of a bigger retreat but offers you complete privacy in the Villa. The ‘resort’ in Sumberkima supports local education and employment. The house is really spectacular, the photos don’t do it justice. The view is breathtaking, the design of the home and landscaping is amazing. The staff working for the resort are helpful, responsive and so lovely. We can’t wait to come back!

La meilleure villa que j’ai pu faire dans ma vie elle était magnifique avec vu sur les volcans, temps très ensoleillé donc de superbes beaux couchers de soleil. Piscine gigantesque et assez profonde c’était top ! La nourriture était également très bonne et le personnel étaient au petit soin. Un groupe WA est créé pour facilité les échanges. Si je reviendrai à Bali je reviendrai à coup sûr !

The best Villas in Bali hands down. Absolutely incredible views. We stayed at Uma & Kurma. The sea view is literally out of this world. I cannot recommend this place enough. It was my second time staying here & it will not be the last. One of my main reasons for revisiting Bali. The staff is incredible & the hospitality is second to none. A must stay if you are looking for a lowkey vibe away from the hustle and bustle of the rest of Bali. Just book it, you will not be disappointed. I absolutely recommend getting a vila with the sea view. 12/10 Also they are all about giving back to and working with the local community & nature. Your money couldn’t go to a better place.

Just perfect! :-) Stunning view from Villa Kurma
Just perfect! :-) Stunning view from Villa Kurma, even better when experienced from the infinity pool! Pool is perfect for doing laps. Communication with the whole team via (Hidden by Airbnb) was perfect and responses always came immediately, perfect service, very friendly staff! Food ist delicious, vegan options available (very much appreciated :-)) we often enjoyed the delivery service from Suma restaurant, very comfy to stay in the villa and have breakfeast freshly delivered within minutes. :-) We also tried Senja restaurant twice and loved the shared Indonesian dishes. Beautiful views also from Senja, make a reservation for sunset time. Don't miss out on the spa... :-) The spa treatments were skillfull and very relaxing. The Yoga shala offers also a stunning view to the sea. The whole place offers a very peaceful, relaxing vibe. When booking have a look at the map and location of the various villas (also refer to the website of Sumberkima Hill). Villa Kurma is one of the more expensive ones, but worth every penny. ;-) The view is spectacular, you overlook the whole bay and see the sun set behind Ijen Volcano on Java. The grounds an the pool are shielded from any views inside, it is a really private spot. The metamorfosa reef restoration project is very much worth visiting! Sumberkima Hill retreat is involved in funding an gives back o the local community! Snorkeling in the bay is ok and easy, but don't miss going to Menjangan Island, if you're into snorkeling or diving! Overall! Just wonderful. Definitly 5 stars!
